Winner of the Week

Dear Parents,

Some amazing news:

Christopher Taran – (Year 1) Chris started working with me around the summer time. His parents were very concerned as he had issues with attention and focus and was unable to stay at school for more than half a day. He also had Speech and Language sessions at school. Christopher has made fantastic progress working with our sound training programme and the school have decided that he no longer needs to have additional tuition.  Christopher is able to stay all day at school and recently he was nominated for an end of term Star Award for progress. Well Done Christopher!!

Winner of the Week

Dear Parents,
I am so proud of all the children that work with me but this week in particular with Tio and Dara.

Tio (reception) – Tio was hardly able to recognise the phonics, he struggled with his focus and attention and everything was a hard work for him. Within a few weeks on the movement programme, Tio made fantastic progress and started to recognise his phonics. Well Done Tio!!

This what their mother, Pam had to say:
Tio: My letter recognition and phonics have improved tremendously and I am well on the way to start my reading. My attention and articulation has also improved by doing all my exercises that Flo sets out for me each week. I am really happy with my improvement.

Dara (Year 3) – Dara struggled with her attention and focus but with constant practice of the movement programme she has made progress and school recognised her progress. Well Done Dara!!
This is what Pam had to say;
Dara: I got 7 house points for doing well in maths and I got another 2 house points for my general homework. I was very happy.House points are given when you work exceptionally hard☺

Fantastic news, keep up the hard work and you could be next weeks winner.
