Winner of the Week

Dear Parents,

I am pleased to report this weeks winner is Daniel Protherough, he received a Headteacher’s Award for French. A few months ago Daniel began the programme with little self esteem and confidence to participate in class activities. Recently he stood up in front of his class and spoke in French, telling them all the time and the days of the week. Well Done Daniel!!

Work hard, concentrate and the results come.

Dear Parents,
It is only with determination and hard work we achieve results. Itamar came to see me two years ago, he was diagnosed with some vision processing issues; tracking and eye taming were major issues which further affected his reading and other cognitive skills.
He had his last check up with the Optometrist a few weeks ago. The optometrist was gobsmacked with the results – Itamar no longer needs glasses, and hand in hand, his reading fluency has improved and he recently received a glowing report from his teacher. Well Done Itamar!!

Itamar’s mum wrote:
The optometrist could not believe his own eyes when he saw itamars results, six months later after he saw him first. He was joking with us that it cannot possibly be the same child. He never saw something like this before. He made sure to let Itamar know that it is all down to his hard work and determination that he does not need his glasses anymore. Well done Itamar and thank you Florence for your wonderful guidance to support the process.
:-)))

Hard work pays off, so keep it up.

Dear Parents,

This is the amazing story of Carl and his journey. When I first met Carl in early 2016, Carl (11yrs) he was hardly able to read, he also demonstrated delay in most motor skills. With the exercises and the Fast ForWord programme, Carl made a fantastic progress with his motor skills and even his neurologist were surprised with his progress. He has also started to enjoy books and is now able to read fluently.
Go to our Facebook page to read Carl’s  Mum’s testamonial and read just how extraordinary Carl is and what he has had to overcome. Truely inspirational.

Well Done Carl!!

Winner of the Week

Dear Parents,

Omar has had issues with attention and focus, within a few months on the program we are seeing significant progress and it hasn’t gone unnoticed at school. Well Done Omar!!

Please read the letter from his school to Marisol, Omar’s mum:

In today’s history lesson, we were studying medicine in the middle ages. As a class, students watched a film and read from two pages in the textbook. Afterwards, students were asked to work in pairs and complete some questions about the subject. In all three tasks, Omar was brilliant. He was attentive in the film, he listened while other students read, and he worked extremely hard to answer as many of the questions as he could. Well done Omar! I look forward to having him for history again tomorrow.
Always rewarding to read of a childs progress.

Keep up the  hard work and the results will come.

Best
