Winner of the Week

Dear Parents,
Congratulations to our winner this week, Christian. I am so over the moon with the turn around of this boy. If you are familiar with The Autism Treatment Evaluation check list ? Two years ago Chris was very high on the spectrum at 80%, in this time we worked hard together and we could see the progress being made, a more recent evaluation has shown him significantly lower at 11% on the spectrum!!!
This is what his mother had to say:
My son Christian has been working with Florence for two years now and I can’t thank her enough for all the help, support and advice she offered to us. Christian improved so much at school, he’s much focused, he’s hand writing is so beautiful now, at maths he’s doing amazing..!!!and at the last parents meeting, the teacher had only words of praise about Christian’s evolution!!!
Thank you Florence! You are amazing!!!

I am so proud of Chris and grateful to work with fantastic parents and its great to see his teacher and school are so happy with him. Well Done Christian!!

Winner of the Week

Dear Parents,

This weeks winner is Vito, who has had two excellent weeks, receiving stickers every day in school for doing and finishing his work. At home he got stickers every day too, for getting up early, getting dressed, eating breakfast, organising his school bag, feeding the cats. Vito has also started Reading 1 in Fast ForWord and is enjoying it and achieving good results. He seems very happy in his own skin and it shows in all his school work and activities at home.

Well Done Vito!!

Winner of the Term

Dear Parents,

We’ve had a fantastic term with so many of the children achieving their goal. I am so proud of every child on my programmes
and their determination to do well!!!

Our Winner of the Term worked very hard and achieved fantastic results with her literacy skills. She was 2 years behind with her literacy but now she is very close to removing that gap in her reading skills.

Celine Jackson (9yrs) Reading fluency and speed is now above average – 10.5 yrs old. Well Done Celine!!!

This is what her mum said:
Celine was up to two years behind on literacy but her teacher told me she has taken a real leap in her writing particularly. It comes easier and sentence construction and reasoning is better. As per an independent Psychologist’s full E.P. assessment of Celine this November Celine’s reading speed and accuracy is actually above average for her age now (about a year), and she achieved average for her age in reading comprehension at that assessment. Also last session at Speech and Language (December) the therapist noted Celine’s work was demonstrating “higher level language skills” in work on feelings, theory of mind and inference related, which is also recent good progress compared to earlier.

I wish you all a great Christmas and wonderful New Year.

Best Regards

Florence
